I. Legal and Identification Data

1. Tech Reserve is a company, headquartered at str. Ovcharenski Vodopad 4, Sofia, Bulgaria, 1000 and is registered under VAT Identification Number BG208163211.
2. Users may contact Tech Reserve Ltd. regarding Tech Reserve services via email at hello@tech-reserve.com or by phone at +359 876 24 42 76.

II. Scope and Services

1. Tech Reserve facilitates connections between companies ("Clients") and Bulgarian IT professionals ("Experts") for employment or contractual engagements. Profiles are collected through Notion forms and stored in a Notion database.
2. Expert profiles are anonymised and matched with companies upon receiving request. Full profiles are disclosed only after obtaining the Expert’s consent.
3. By using Tech Reserve, Clients and Experts agree to these Terms and Conditions. The use of this service constitutes a legal agreement between the User and Tech Reserve Ltd.
4. Tech Reserve acts as a mediator and does not provide employment services directly. Engagements between Clients and Experts are subject to separate agreements.
5. Tech Reserve Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions by notifying Users via email or updates to the website.

III. Use of Services

1. Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting or accessing profiles through Tech Reserve.
2. The anonymised profiles shared to the client are intended solely for the purpose of facilitating employment or contractor engagements.
3. Users must not misuse the service by circumventing Tech Reserve’s processes or fees.

IV. Payments and Fees

1. Consultation and profile matching is available for free.
2. Clients who engage Experts through Tech Reserve must notify Tech Reserve Ltd. of the engagement. Fees for successful matches will be detailed in separate agreements.
3. Circumvention of Tech Reserve’s services will result in a recruitment fee equal to three (3) months’ gross salary of the engaged Expert, payable within 30 days of notice.

V. Data Protection

1. Tech Reserve Ltd. complies with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Expert data will not be shared without their explicit consent.
2. Clients accessing the anonymised profiles agree to handle the information confidentially and use it solely for the purpose of evaluating potential engagements.

VI. User Conduct

1. Users are prohibited from:
   • Sharing, distributing, or publishing information obtained through Tech Reserve without authorisation.
   • Attempting to access or manipulate the Notion database or other systems associated with Tech Reserve.
   • Using the service for any purpose other than facilitating employment or contractual engagements.
2. Tech Reserve Ltd. reserves the right to terminate access to Tech Reserve for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

VII. Liability

1. Tech Reserve Ltd. is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by Experts or Clients.
2. Tech Reserve acts as a mediator and is not liable for any disputes or issues arising from engagements between Clients and Experts.

VIII. Intellectual Property

1. All content and functionality related to Tech Reserve are the intellectual property of Tech Reserve Ltd. and are protected under applicable laws.
2. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Tech Reserve’s content without prior written consent from Tech Reserve Ltd.

IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
2. Disputes arising from the use of Tech Reserve will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance By using Tech Reserve, Users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
